OUR MISSION

A gateway providing resources that can be used to eliminate barriers.  My community consists of individuals earning the low living wage; most of them have no plan or solutions to move past the minimum wage. NDOL/ETPL approved, offering academic, comprehensive, experiential learning courses.  Our TEAM is committed towards the successful employment of displaced workers, unemployment recipients, and individuals with limited experience/skills.

OUR VISION

To create opportunities, encourage, and empower our communities with the tools required to be successful in transportation and logistics. Our 10 years of experience, knowledge and research has revealed that in this fast-paced industry there is no learning curve, no -on-the-job training, and limited room for empathetic feedback. This makes training crucial in the placement process.
